At UK Façade Maintenance, we offer a complete service that ensures the continued function of all aspects of architectural glazing.

Specialist glazing – Single or double glazing, Acoustic glass, Fire rated glass, Ballistic/Security Intruder, bullet and blast resistant, Glass Stairs, Glass Floors.

Internal glazing solutions – Elevators, Partitions, Mirrors, Countertops and shelving.

Shop front glass frame and door repairs – High street glass replacement, Aluminium shop front and door repairs.

Filming – Security filming, Solar reflective filming, Manifestation.

Our Service – Preventive & Reactive

Our service is always first class with a strong team of qualified engineers.

Our contracts usually apply to an entire building, though we tailor the contract to customer requirements. Whether a number of buildings or individual apartments, as a minimum, we ensure that every window & door is checked and serviced twice a year.

We use service level agreements where a planned maintenance contract would allow for a more efficient and economical service for both labour and materials. This contract is based on a fixed monthly charge with the scope of works set out in advance.

Planned Contract:

Preventative measures taken for effective lifespan with 6 monthly service.

Immediate Response Contract:

Repairs required immediately due to personal safety, security risk, further property damage or use of a facility being compromised if not dealt with promptly.

Casual Contract:

Similar to the Planned Contract with UKFM arranging a maintenance appointment at the convenience of both parties but with the enthesis on damage repair over preventative measures.

With various levels of maintenance support, your UKFM Contract can be seen as an insurance policy against all forms of maintenance and repair at a yearly, monthly or one-off cost depending on your requirements.

With this service, we offer a free of charge ‘quote first’ service, for all repairs prior to site examination. If after a site visit, our service is not used, you will only be invoiced for our engineer’s time. This cost agreed before the examination is carried out so there are no hidden costs.
